You agree to provide accurate information when placing an order and to use our website only for lawful purposes. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if we suspect fraud, a pricing error or a product is unavailable. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different on your screen. Before buying bike parts, please check the fitment information for your motorcycle make, model and year.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment must be completed before your order is shipped. Import duties and taxes charged by your country are not included in our prices and are your responsibility.
4. Shipping
Orders are shipped within 7 days, and delivery usually takes 15 to 30 days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs or courier delays. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.
5. Returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Returns & Exchanges policy.
6. Safety and use of products
Motorcycling, motocross and off-road riding are dangerous activities. Protective gear reduces but does not remove the risk of injury. You are responsible for choosing gear that fits correctly, is suitable for your riding, and meets the safety standards required where you ride. Parts and accessories should be installed correctly, and we recommend professional installation where you are unsure.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country that cannot be excluded.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to us or our suppliers and may not be copied or used without permission.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order will apply to that order.
