How long until my order ships?
All orders are processed and shipped within 7 days.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 15 to 30 days after your order ships, depending on your location. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
Some countries charge import duties or taxes. These are set by your local customs office and are paid by the customer.

How do I find my size?
Check our Size Guide. If a product has its own size chart, use that one. If you're between sizes, choose the larger size.
What if the size doesn't fit?
You can exchange it for another size. See our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging.
How do I start a return?
Contact us with your order number and we'll send you the return instructions.
My item arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
Products
Which jacket or suit is right for me?
Summer jackets are vented for hot weather, winter jackets are insulated and waterproof, and street cruising jackets are made for city and cruiser riding. Touring suits suit long road trips; off-road suits are made for motocross and enduro.
Will a camera mount fit my helmet or bike?
Our chin mounts fit most full-face helmets, and our handlebar mounts fit 22–32 mm bars. All mounts use the standard action-camera fitting. If you're unsure, contact us before ordering.
Are your helmets safety certified?
Each helmet's certification (such as ECE 22.06 or DOT) is listed on its product page.
