Use this general guide to find your size. Measurements are in centimetres (inches in brackets). Some brands fit slightly differently — if a product page has its own size chart, follow that chart instead. If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.
How to measure
- Head: Wrap a soft tape measure around your head just above your eyebrows and ears, at the widest point.
- Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms, keeping the tape level.
- Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, where you normally wear your riding pants.
- Hand: Measure around your palm at the knuckles, excluding the thumb.
- Foot: Stand on a sheet of paper and measure from your heel to the tip of your longest toe.
